QBO Workpaper Prep Terms
Draft end-user terms for Saber CPA & Advisory's QuickBooks Online workpaper preparation app.
Draft notice: these terms are operational draft language and should be reviewed by Saber CPA & Advisory's legal counsel before external reliance or broad production use.
Purpose
Saber QBO Workpaper Prep is an internal workpaper preparation tool used by Saber CPA & Advisory to retrieve authorized QuickBooks Online accounting reports and prepare Excel workpapers for tax, accounting, and advisory engagements.
Authorized use
The app may only be used by authorized personnel and only for clients, companies, or engagements for which Saber CPA & Advisory has permission to access QuickBooks Online information.
QuickBooks authorization
Users must authorize access through Intuit's OAuth consent flow. The app does not request or store QuickBooks usernames or passwords.
Professional review
Generated workpapers are preparation aids. They do not replace professional judgment, client-provided documentation, reconciliation review, or partner review.
Data handling
Users are responsible for handling downloaded reports, generated workpapers, and related client data according to Saber policies, applicable engagement terms, and applicable law.
No warranty
The app is provided for internal workflow support and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. Saber CPA & Advisory does not warrant that generated workpapers will be error-free or complete without review.
