About Us

Robby earned his MBA from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and brings more than 11 years of accounting experience to Saber. He has been a CPA for over five years and holds a Series 6 license.

As a co-founder of the firm, he is passionate about helping businesses navigate complex tax and financial matters with confidence. Robby helps businesses understand the tax implications and financial considerations unique to their industries and local markets, empowering them to make informed decisions as they grow.

With a comprehensive understanding of business operations and strategy, Robby offers valuable insight at every stage of the business lifecycle - from startup and expansion to long-term growth and succession planning.

Glen was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, and is proud to serve the community he has called home his entire life. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, graduating with University Honors, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Nevada.

Throughout his career, Glen has worked with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, entrepreneurs, closely held businesses, real estate investors, and professional service firms. He began his public accounting career with nationally recognized Top 30 CPA firms.

Through his experience, Glen has developed a practical, holistic approach to tax planning and consulting. He enjoys helping clients minimize tax liabilities, improve financial decision-making, and create long-term strategies that support their personal and business goals.

His focus is on building lasting relationships and providing clear, responsive guidance that clients can rely on year-round, not just during tax season. Driven by a desire to provide a more personalized and client-focused experience, Glen co-founded Saber CPA with his business partner, Robby.

Together, they have built a firm and a team dedicated to delivering high-quality tax, accounting, and advisory services. Glen is married and has two daughters. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, camping, traveling, and exploring the outdoors.

Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Jonathan, his wife, and first son moved to Las Vegas in 2001. He spent 15 years in the gaming industry, doing everything from dealing to shift manager before transferring to public accounting in 2016.

He went to school at UNLV for his accounting degree and graduated Summa Cum Laude. He received his CPA license from the Nevada State Board of Accountancy in 2021.

During his time in public accounting, he has been exposed to all kinds of tax work, from large casinos to personal returns. He specializes in S-corporation and partnership passthrough returns but enjoys the complexity of all tax work.

He also loves to give back to Las Vegas and currently sits on the Board of Directors for Family Promise of Las Vegas, a local nonprofit that helps families in need.

In his free time, he loves spending time with his wife and two sons. He also enjoys Las Vegas's many great restaurants, playing video games, and anything Star Wars.

Kristen, a Las Vegas local, graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. She has spent the past 10 years building her career in public accounting.

Kristen has extensive experience assisting with individual tax returns and helping clients navigate IRS correspondence.

As an integral member of the Saber team, she helps ensure the firm runs smoothly by supporting clients and contributing to efficient day-to-day operations.

James brings a thoughtful, client-focused approach to his work at Saber CPA. With experience in tax preparation and client service, he assists individuals with their tax needs, helping them navigate requirements and stay on track throughout the year.

Before entering public accounting, James worked with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Fisheries Service, where he gained experience in data analysis, regulatory compliance, and problem-solving.

This background helped develop the attention-to-detail mindset he brings to serving clients today. At Saber CPA, James supports clients with tax preparation, compliance, and day-to-day tax matters and is committed to building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Mason is currently working toward earning his Bachelor's degree in Accounting at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he is also a student-athlete playing hockey.

He brings teamwork, discipline, and a strong work ethic to Saber and is looking forward to building his professional skills.
